The deadlines will be extended in two years in the cases when the preventive organization modality has been agreed with the specialized representation of the workers in the company. This means that the extension is only applicable when the modality between the company and the prevention delegates are agreed. Extending Deadlines Review Audit, so it is not applicable to companies where the prevention delegates do not exist, or to companies where they have by imperative legal obligation given the number of workers (companies > 500 workers Appendix number I and companies > 250 workers Appendix I), of building the preventive modality of self prevention service, so as being legal imperative it cannot been agreed with the prevention delegates.
